Q. Are the prices in Australian dollars?     

A. Yes, all of our prices are in Australia Dollars.

Q. Do I receive immediate confirmation?   

A. Yes, you will receive immediate booking confirmation upon completion of the payment process through the email address that you have provided. If you have not received your booking confirmation check the 'junk mail' email box or contact us 0404 404 357 or info@doittour.com . Please note follow up confirmation is often required to confirm exact pickup times and other details required for specific tours.

Q. Do you charge a booking fee?

A. Yes, we charge a $1 booking fee per transaction. 

Q. Do you accept all credit cards?

A. We accept all Australian and International Visa and Mastercards however we do not accept AMEX and Diners cards

Q. What does Standby mean?

A. It means these are the tickets available at the last minute (up to 28 days prior to travel) and at last minute prices. Availability is confirmed, you do not have to wait on a 'standby' basis.

Q. Is this a secure site?

A. Do It Tour www.doittour.com uses an  Secure online booking service with SSL Encrypted protection.

 Q. If my experience is cancelled by the tour operator am I able to request a refund?

 A. Yes, if your experience is cancelled by the tour operator you are welcome to receive a refund (without incurring any charges). Refunds are performed as a reversal through your initial transaction - the refund will therefore be made back into the credit card that made the initial booking and will take at least 24 - 48 hours but can be longer depending on your bank (International banks have large delays).

Q. Is doittour.com a certified tour agent?

A. doittour.com is a certified Queensland Travel Agent and a member of TCF (Travel Compensation Fund - consumers insurance when booking through a travel agent). 

Q. Is doittour.com a qualified tourism operator in Australia?

A. doittour.com has both ATAP and TQUAL tourism qualified accredication in Australia.
