You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on our site.

Paying

You must make payment for any tours* booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Pay Now" button on that page.

Enquiries

If you have any queries or requests in relation to the tour you have booked, you must contact the supplier direct. Their contact details are provided in an email at the time of booking.

Refunds

All purchases on doittour.com are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for change of mind. If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the supplier.

Changes

Not all suppliers will accept changes once they have received confirmation of your booking. It may be possible to change your booking but this will be at the discretion of the supplier (fees may apply).

Cancellations

You may contact the Supplier with your booking information to see if a cancellation is possible. Please note rescheduling penalties may apply. Upon booking you will receive the supplier's details so you can check if activities are affected by bad weather on the day or ahead of your scheduled booking. If your tour is cancelled by the supplier, they will offer you the option to reschedule for an alternative available date

Accuracy

It is the tour supplier's responsibility to provide an accurate description of their activities on this website. Your participation in each tour is conditional upon your acceptance of the supplier's terms and conditions.

Liability

doittour.com makes no warranty or representation regarding the tour to be provided by suppliers published on the website. doittour.com has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise caused by any supplier. doittour.com is not liable to you or any other person for any injury, damage or loss however caused in connection with the use of the website or a linked website or occasioned by undertaking an tour booked on the website. Where doittour.com’s liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the tour purchased. These Terms and Conditions do not affect a consumer's statutory rights.

Identification

To eliminate identity fraud, the supplier will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity.
