Terms and conditions of entry in all doittour.com competitions

1. Competitions are open to people aged over 18.
2. The “Competition Guidelines” form part of these conditions of entry and relate to each specific competition. These are available on the doittour.com website.
3. Submission of an entry is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
4. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this, either during or after the competition.
5. Entries become the property of the doittour.com and may be used for promotional purposes both during and after the competition.
6. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to doittour.com reproducing, publishing or exhibiting his/her submitted entry without notice and without payment or attribution of doittour.com promotions. The entrant also consents to doittour.com reserving the right to use any entries for any related printed materials, website or exhibition.
7. All entries will be moderated for suitable content before being entered into the competition.
8. doittour.com reserves the right to reject any entry from the competition.
9. Where the entry includes images or audio of a person or people, it is the responsibility of the entrant to obtain written permission to use the images or audio of people appearing in his/her entry.
10. doittour.com does not accept any responsibility for lost or late entries. The entrant enters at own risk and should keep a copy of the entry. Although all care will be taken, doittour.com accepts no liability for lost or damaged entries.
11. An individual can enter as many times as they choose unless otherwise stated in the competition guidelines.
12. Employees of doittour.com and their immediate family and any other people involved with the administration and judging of the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
13. The entrant warrants that:
       i.         all details provided in the entry are true and correct
       ii.         the entry submitted does not infringe the rights (including copyright) of any other person
       iii.         where required, the entrant has obtained written permission to use the images or audio of people appearing in his/her entry
       iv.         (iv) the entrant agrees to indemnify doittour.com in relation to any loss or damage resulting from any breach of warranty.
       v.         the entrant has not breached any laws
       vi.         the entrant has not brought the doittour.com name into disrepute.
14. Prize winners will be notified as soon as reasonably possible following the determination of winners.
15. doittour.com reserves the right to cancel the competition.
16. Should the standard of entries fall below the standard required doittour.com reserves the right to not award prizes.
17. If the winner cannot be contacted via the details provided within 28 days the prizes are forfeited.
18. doittour.com can refuse to award a prize if the entrant does not comply with the terms and conditions.
